  • 1. What is Karnox’s Warranty Policy?
    All Karnox gaming chairs come with a 2 years manufacturer warranty which ensures your chair is built correctly and a lifetime warranty on the internal frame for the longevity of use.
               We warrant the following:
             ●The Product bought from us matches the description we presented.
             ●The workmanship and build of the chair shall be free from defects.
             ●The quality of the product including materials used will be reasonably satisfactory to meet the normal intended use.
             ●Lifetime warranty to cover the inner frame construction
  • 2. How can I return my order?
     Our refund policy only lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
              We also cover the following:
            ●Missing materials from the Products at the time of delivery;
            ●Defects in the manufacturing of materials used for the Products at the time of delivery;
            ●Failure of the Products to correspond with the description in the applicable contract of sale at the time of delivery;
            ●Major defects in the functionality.

There are certain situations where refunds can not be granted: ●Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • 3. What should I do if I face an issue with my purchase?
    Please contact contact@karnox.com with your order number and issues you have, our support team will do their best to assist you.
  • 4. How do I extend my warranty?
    Karnox can not extend chairs' warranty. We engineer our chairs for years of daily use, any after-sale issues please contact with us.
  • 5. When will the customer get the refund?
    After receiving the reasonable refund request from buyers, Karnox will refund the buyers within 48 hours of working days.
  • 6. Return policy:
    Karnox will provide the return label, and buyers can contact the logistics to pick up the package according to the return label without paying the return postage.
