* Customers must ship the item within 14 days from the date the return address is provided.

* If you ship your chair after 14 days, Karnox will not be able to receive the delivery, and you will be responsible for any costs and losses incurred.

   * The wear and tear fee will not exceed 20% of the product’s unit price in principle.
   
   * Cash on delivery is not supported.
   
   * A detailed refund statement will be sent to your email once the process is complete.
   
   * If the return is not due to a product quality issue, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred during the return or exchange process.
