I bought this chair mainly because of the cat-scratch fabric. My cat is constantly jumping on and off the chair, so I wanted something I wouldn’t have to baby. So far, the fabric has handled the daily use really well, and it still looks neat. The texture is also softer than I expected, which was a nice bonus.
